7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us at contact@houseofalanki.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the product and outer packaging
A continuous, unedited opening/unboxing video showing the sealed package from the moment it is opened until the product is fully revealed
Any additional information requested by our support team

The unboxing video must clearly display the shipping label, sealed packaging, and product without any cuts or edits. This helps us verify transit damage and investigate claims with our courier partners.

If the claim is approved, House of Alanki will provide a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable Indian law.

General Return Conditions

Where returns or exchanges are applicable, products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories or tags.

8. Jewellery Care
